In a wild presidential election year, there’s a less conspicuous campaign trail heating up fall’s fashion ad pages. As September fast approaches, designers are unveiling the newest in big-budget imagery and high-profile campaign stars in support of their fall 2016 collections.

Earlier this year photographer Steven Meisel blessed us with a Robert Pattinson–fronted Dior Homme campaign, and now the famed photographer is adding Prada to his roster of fall campaigns, serving up an ethereal desert fantasy complete with retro finger waves and chained bag chokers. Taking a more low-key approach is Proenza’s latest ad featuring rising star Selena Forrest as shot by Zoe Ghertner.
