Like a high-school yearbook for muses, a spread by Karl Lagerfeld in V magazine’s 100th issue describes each model with class titles: Gigi Hadid is class prez, Kendall Jenner is team captain, and Bella Hadid is “Most Likely to Succeed,” but Jerry Hall’s title takes the prize: “the Graduate.” Take note: This woman wears crisp white shirts and is about to marry a billionaire.

Jerry Hall and her $3.4 million engagement ring took over Karl Lagerfeld’s spread, gracing V magazine’s pages with a wedding present she gave herself: One day before she marries Rupert Murdoch (who’s 84), the 59-year-old schooled models half her age as the undeniable star of this photo shoot. Of nine models, Hall is the only woman over 50. She’s also the only one flaunting an insanely large 20-carat diamond ring.

Preview these photos, shared exclusively with the Cut for the magazine’s spring issue launch, and pick up a copy of V magazine to see all of Lagerfeld’s awards — including Joan Smalls, Mica Arganaraz, Lindsey Wixson, Jamie Bochert, and Stella Tennant.
