America’s most trusted newspaper, the New York Times, released an uncharacteristic listicle today called “How to Lose Weight: 9 Strategies to Try.”
The first eight tips are pretty standard, like a personalized diet or getting financial incentive from your employer, but the last item on the list is a little odd:
While that item links to an article about how some fasting diets are gaining acceptance in parts of the medical community, seeing “just don’t eat” in huge letters at the bottom of a post about weight loss is … demoralizing? Deeply unchill? Triggering? Luckily, it’s also a great reason to stuff your face extra good this weekend.
