During Raf Simon’s Spring-Summer 2017 show in Florence, Italy, he unveiled a piece that utilized the work of late, great American photographer Robert Mapplethorpe. More specifically, it was an old black-and-white photo Mapplethorpe took of a boner peeking out of a pair of pants, which Simons slapped on a red jacket. (I know, pants on a jacket … crazy!)
Between the color and, well, the erect penis it’s a bold choice. May we suggest pairing it with your tunic from the Rick Owens Fall 2015 collection?
