Thus far in his short Canadian life, Justin Bieber has gone through more style changes than he has regrettable tattoos, which is saying a lot, since he has no shortage of the latter. Before boarding a yacht in Miami on the Fourth of July, a holiday we are not certain Bieber can legally celebrate, the walking post-bong-hit-coughing-fit pop star debuted his latest. Tie-dyed shoes, a tie-dyed Rolling Stones tee, a bandana to tame his unruly tuft of bleach-blonde hair, and some groovy, rose-tinted shades: This is your new Bieber.
