Even highly recognizable designers sometimes just want to go unnoticed. For its September issue, Harper’s BAZAAR anonymized Michael Kors, Diane von Furstenberg, and others by decking them out in fall’s hottest, Shia LaBeouf–approved accessory: a paper bag thrown over their heads. Alexander Wang’s seems to be emitting some recreational smoke. (Wang says that in his everyday life, he hides from “snobs.”)

Meanwhile, Olivier Rousteing could never settle for a plain old sack — his bag features an attractive sketch of his likeness. As he semi-poignantly puts it, “Some people protect themselves with irony, and some people, like me, protect themselves by making a fish face and trying to look perfect.”
