In the decade since M.I.A. released “Galang,” we can’t think of a time the 41-year-old has censored her wardrobe or her words. The self-proclaimed bad girl kept wearing a Fly Emirates parody tee long after it sparked controversy and once performed pregnant clad in House of Holland, as she should.
