Finally, some good news for those of us with crippling anxiety: Being stressed-out might help protect us from getting pregnant.

A new study from the University of Louisville found that women who are generally really stressed are 45 percent less likely to conceive during their ovulation window. Meanwhile, otherwise chill women are 40 percent less likely to get pregnant when they’re more stressed-out than usual, according to the research, which was published in the journal Annals of Epidemiology.

“The results imply that women who wish to conceive may increase their chances by taking active steps towards stress reduction such as exercising, enrolling in a stress management program or talking to a health professional,” study co-author Dr. Kira Taylor said in a statement.

Can’t wait to group-text my gyno and therapist about this.
