After taking some time to reflect, Playboy model Dani Mathers decided to plead not guilty to one count of invasion of privacy after she body-shamed an elderly woman in a locker-room shower on Snapchat.
The 29-year-old snapped the nude photo without the subject’s consent back in July, claiming it was meant for a friend instead of the Snapchat Story where it ended up being posted. “If I can’t unsee this then you can’t either,” Mathers captioned the photo that went out to all of her followers.
A pretrial date was scheduled for December 21. If convicted, Mathers could face six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
