Cheerful Flamingo Wallpaper Inspired by Wes Anderson

For Pretty Things, New York design editor Wendy Goodman is selecting one visually pleasing object every day.

This pink-patterned wallpaper comes from Los Angeles* design studio Work + Sea, led by architectural designer Michael Woodcock and artist Lara Apponyi. The two imagined a Wes Anderson film set in 1950s Florida while creating the striped, retro digital print. They call it “Flamingos on the Line.”
