One half of the duo that make up HGTV’s Property Brothers is officially off the market. Drew Scott has proposed to his longtime girlfriend Linda Phan, People reports.

According to details of how the proposal took place, Scott surprised his girlfriend while they were out having dinner at a restaurant when (what do you know?) a not-so-subtle song, Train’s “Marry Me,” comes on over the speakers. Except — it’s not quite Train singing — it’s Scott. The home-improvement TV star has recorded a few country-music singles in the past with his twin brother, Jonathan, so it’s probably safe to say that he did a good job. Big fans of the show, though, probably weren’t surprised to hear about the engagement. Scott and Phan have been dating for six years and the two regularly post photos of each other on social media. Lest there be any broken hearts out there among fans, let us remember that there is still Jonathan Scott to crush on.
