Well, because science is awesome, and GUINNESS STOUT just so happens to be brewed with nitrogen gas. In fact, nitrogen is what lends GUINNESS STOUT its famous velvety smooth “mouthfeel,” as the beer geeks call it.

In this episode of That’s Kool, watch Ken make ice cream with Guinness and liquid nitrogen, because if anything is better than ice cream, it’s ice cream in the name of science.
