What’s Better Than Ice Cream? Ice Cream Made With Guinness and Liquid Nitrogen, That’s What

Prepare to embrace your inner geek. We teamed up with game show contestant extraordinaire Ken Jennings and Guinness to experiment with liquid nitrogen. Why? Well, because science is awesome, and GUINNESS STOUT just so happens to be brewed with nitrogen gas. In fact, nitrogen is what lends GUINNESS STOUT its famous velvety smooth “mouthfeel,” as the beer geeks call it.

In this episode of That’s Kool, watch Ken make ice cream with Guinness and liquid nitrogen, because if anything is better than ice cream, it’s ice cream in the name of science.
