Chelsea Manning was released from the U.S. Disciplinary Barracks at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, on Wednesday after seven years of incarceration. She almost immediately created an Instagram account (arguably the best thing online right now), and on Thursday, she released the first portrait of herself on social media.
