41 New Models Share Their Best Selfies

Every season, the Cut asks modeling agencies around the city to introduce us to the new faces debuting at New York Fashion Week. For the fall 2018 shows, which kick off this week, we rounded up the new talent from agencies like Women Management, We Speak (which represents health-conscious models), No Agency New York (which works with a diverse group of artists), and more.

Nowadays, when most casting is done online, having a big Instagram following goes a long way, and one lucky selfie can jumpstart a fashion career. Muse’s Zosia Cychol pulled a Rihanna and submitted a photo wearing a bath towel on her head, while Women’s Ina Jensen played with natural light. A few members of the new class stuck with bathroom selfies — a reminder that mirror shots never get old. Meet all 41 of the models below.
