What appears to be a threat might not be a threat, and someone who appears to be an enemy might not be. This is not, of course, to say that there’s no such thing as a threat, no such thing as an enemy. It’s just that sometimes your senses become unbalanced, so sensitive to danger that everything, even the wind, sets off your alarms. This week, try to reset yourself.
