Last fall Lauren Bucquet launched her shoe line Labucq. A former director of footwear and accessories for Rag & Bone, she knows what women want, and her collection of sleek, low-heeled boots became a huge indie hit thanks to their moderate price point and high quality design. Now she’s back with her first foray into sandals. It’s a tight edit with only four styles but that’s the point. Bucquet would rather take the time to perfect each one, and it shows.

Like her initial crop of shoes, all of these styles are made in Italy and use real leather. The Mo slides, which come in both black and white, are inspired by pool slides and feature a cushy grippy sole so you won’t slip while running around. Should you prefer something more refined, the Shannie slip-ons come in zebra-print hair calf and python-embossed leather. Think of them as the perfect complement to all of your summer dresses. And if you’re looking for more of a statement, you’ll want the Chan sandal. Bucquet took the heel from her popular lace-up boots and added it to a nineties-inspired, square-toe sandal. Wear them with socks as a quirky touch, or just use them to show off an especially bright pedicure.
