You’re Going to Look Really Good in These Tank Tops

One of the best parts of summer is getting to throw on just one or two pieces of clothing, and calling it a day. It’s even better when those clothes are simple, super flattering, and sustainable, which is everything you need to know about the new slow fashion brand, Tank Air.

Designer Clare Robertson-Macleod wanted to start her own label with well-constructed clothes using luxury fabrics. Raised between Bangkok and London, where she studied at Central Saint Martins, she says Tank Air’s aesthetic is inspired by hand-me-downs that her mom gave her while growing up. Everything made by her brand is sustainably sourced, and she has close relationships with everyone from seamstresses to pattern makers and fabric cutters.

Today, Tank Air launched a new collection of tank tops after the success of their bodysuits (celebs like Kim K. and Kylie Jenner have worn them).
The sleeveless shirts are made with neoprene, and the tank tops with a soft stretch jersey that’s cut in a slimming hourglass shape. Prices are $75 for the tank tops and $125 for the sleeveless shirt. Shop them all below.
