Tuesday night, knit-wear brand Hesperios held an intimate gathering at its Soho location to mark the release of the third issue of its art and literary journal, Foundations. Escaping the late-night rain, guests including Lexie Smith, Waris Ahluwalia, and Matilda Lowther celebrated inside the minimalist space with light bites, cocktails, and copies of the new art and literary journal.

The annual anthology collects the best of classic and contemporary art, literature, and travel, and features emerging creatives. Self-described as its “biggest, most ambitious issue to date,” Foundations includes 328 pages of content with poetry by Mandy Kahn and Geoffrey Movius, art from Miranda July, and interviews with chefs Daniel Berlin and Claus Meyer. You can purchase the journal online or at the Hesperios New York flagship store. Journals are also distributed internationally through art-and-design book stores, galleries, newsstands, and museums.
