Every time Céline Dion wears a new outfit, it’s a holiday worth celebrating.
The Canadian icon’s ever-changing wardrobe has captured our hearts and minds for a while now, ever since she started working with stylist and “image architect” Law Roach. And yesterday was no different. Last night, during a very stylish visit to New York, Dion exited her hotel wearing head-to-toe Tom Ford from the designer’s fall 2019 collection. On top, she had on a luxurious red velvet blazer, with a matching turtleneck sweater underneath. And from the waist down, she outdid herself with shiny satin pants and red velvet heels. She also carried a tiny satin bag by The Row, which of course, also matched.
First of all, Dion is dripping in nice fabrics here. I have no idea what it feels like to have such smooth, soft fabric envelop every single inch of my body, but I imagine it feels nothing short of orgasmic. This is also a perfect winter going-out getup because it’s warm and comfortable, and it looks like it’s ready to party. What more could you ever want from a holiday party outfit? The goal, as far as I’m concerned, is always to look like a walking piece of red velvet cake.
