On Saturday evening, Neptune retrograde ends, as the planet of dreams stations direct in its natural home of Pisces. While Neptune was retrograde, the world may have felt entirely too real, its harsh realities unsoftened by dreams. There’s something to be said for seeing the world exactly as it is, without filters, without illusions. But it’s impossible to live forever without the comfort of something to believe in. It’s important, as Neptune stations direct, to be discerning about what you’ll place your belief in. But it’s important, too, to allow yourself to hope.

Weekly Horoscope Aries

Aries Weekly Horoscope

This week, you might feel like you’re just not made for these times, like you’re too reckless and real and alive for a world that just wants you to be docile and sensible. If life feels hard lately, remember that the problem has nothing to do with you. Rather, if there’s a problem, it’s that you’re living in hostile conditions, in a world that tries to stifle everything good and strange and sweet inside you. This week, try not to cave to the world’s demands, but instead push back. Try to find ways to be free, to be you, even now.

Weekly Horoscope Taurus

Taurus Weekly Horoscope

A lot of the time, you see your daily life as a puzzle: You’re presented with a predetermined number of pieces, and your job is to arrange and rearrange them until they all fit together just right. It’s a wise and measured way to approach the task of living, a sensible way to build a life with the tools that you have. But there are times when it’s possible to expand your imagination, to refuse the limits you’ve been given. This is a week to imagine a different set of pieces and a different set of rules, a week to demand more for yourself.

Weekly Horoscope Gemini

Gemini Weekly Horoscope

It’s powerful magic, knowing how to complicate a story that’s been told too simply. It’s powerful to know, as you do, how to look for the exceptions and contradictions. There’s love and generosity in refusing to flatten the wild range of human experience into something broad and uniform. The trouble, though, is that sometimes you risk making things harder than they have to be. Sometimes, you risk complicating what isn’t complicated at all. This week, when things really are simple, try to let them be.

Weekly Horoscope Cancer

Cancer Weekly Horoscope

Sometimes, you imagine that other people just don’t notice you, that they don’t even see you at all. There’s loneliness in this, but a strange kind of comfort, too; believing that you’re invisible to the outside world offers a kind of freedom, a chance to live according to your own desires. But this week, you might be surprised to be noticed after all. You may find proof that people have seen you all along. This week, your sense of loneliness might be shattered, even if just for a moment. You can see, with a startling clarity, that you aren’t alone after all.

Weekly Horoscope Leo

Leo Weekly Horoscope

It’s been difficult to find steadiness lately, difficult to find a midpoint between extremes. Your heart keeps swinging back and forth between brightest hope and true despair, between wild effusive love and cramped self-protection. It’s so easy to burn out on generosity, to give and give and give until your heart is fully depleted. So this week is for doing whatever you need to restore your ability to love and feel. This is a week to ask for support if that’s what you need, to call the people who love you and let their care bring you back to life.

Weekly Horoscope Virgo

Virgo Weekly Horoscope

It’s painful to think that true freedom is beyond your reach —that you may not be able to find a way out of the system you’ve been born into, out of the currents of history, out of the walls of your own head. There’s a great sorrow in being so thoroughly contained, so unable to think yourself into someplace truly better. But this week, even if it isn’t possible to escape, it is still possible to dream. And there’s a funny, sweet satisfaction in dreaming in spite of it all — in knowing the impossibility of a perfect future, but working toward one anyway.

Weekly Horoscope Libra

Libra Weekly Horoscope

It can be hard to look at the gulf between the world we’re living in and the world that you want. Such immense longing is painful and unwieldy. It’s so much easier to focus on the desires that seem small, attainable, realistic. But this week, it might be rewarding to let yourself really yearn. It might be rewarding to feel your desire in its full force — even when that means your wishes are vague and undefined. There are some futures that can’t yet be named and can’t yet be planned, but they can still be hoped, dreamed, yearned into being.

Weekly Horoscope Scorpio

Scorpio Weekly Horoscope

You know, better than almost anyone, the way that grudges can inspire and motivate, the way that the anger can be a stubbornly generative force. But animosity can also trap you in the past. This is a week to consider whether some of your grudges have outlived their usefulness. You don’t have to release them — it’s hard, after all, to really let old feelings go — but this week, it’s possible to stop feeding and nurturing them, and to turn your energies outward, to the bright and open world.

Weekly Horoscope Sagittarius

Sagittarius Weekly Horoscope

This is a week for learning from other people, and for letting them change your mind. If you’ve lost the ability to see yourself clearly, if you’ve forgotten how to love yourself truly and well, then you can turn to the people who still see you right. They can remind you that you once believed in yourself, that you once knew how to move with confidence and joy The people you love can change your mind about the world, but they can also help you change your mind about yourself if you need them to.

Weekly Horoscope Capricorn

Capricorn Weekly Horoscope

Over the past weeks and months, this life of confinement and containment has come to feel inescapable. You’ve adapted to limitations on your range of movement, adapted to life in a shrinking world. It’s valuable to adapt, to slow your body and mind to match these slower days. But this week, if you need it, you can rediscover a sense of motion and life, inside of all this containment. Within the limits all around you, there’s freedom to be found. Within the limits all around you, your mind is in motion, brilliant and unstoppable.

Weekly Horoscope Aquarius

Aquarius Weekly Horoscope

Living in a shifting world can be so hard and so disorienting; it can make you crave a reality that’s unchanging:. Even if the stable world is a bad one, at least you know what to expect. At least you know what the rules are, so that you can choose to follow or break them. This week, you’ll have to embrace uncertainty. You might have to act before you’re fully sure; you might have to make a choice before you know all the terms you’re agreeing to. This week, feeling your way forward might be the best way to get where you need to be.

Weekly Horoscope Pisces

Pisces Weekly Horoscope

When the world seems so unrelentingly dark, there’s a natural impulse to look for some secret goodness in everything and everyone, to seek proof that things aren’t quite as bad as they seem. It’s important, though, not to spend all your time imagining a hidden sweetness in the structures and people that do harm. It’s better, right now, to accept that some bad things are simply bad, and to find the virtue you need elsewhere. There’s real goodness in the people who love you, the people working to make the world better, and you don’t even have to dig to find it.
