A fire at a New Orleans mansion believed to be owned by Beyoncé and Jay-Z is being investigated as arson, and before you ask, yes: Everybody’s okay. Details remain scant, but no injuries were reported and the fire is out.

The one-alarm blaze broke out on Wednesday night, and took a reported 22 firefighters to extinguish. On Thursday, the New Orleans Police Department said that its officers had received word of a “suspicious person” near the mansion around the time the fire started, and though they have so far declined to release many further details, police believe the cause to be simple arson.

As to the Beyoncé connection, NBC reports that the owner listed on the mansion’s property records (Sugarcane LLC) shares a mailing address with the singer’s Parkwood Entertainment LLC. Though the couple has not confirmed that this 13,292-square-foot Garden District home belongs to them, Curbed NOLA first spotted the connection in 2015. I do not know where Beyoncé (or Jay-Z, for that matter) is at this time, but they also have homes in New York City, Los Angeles, and the Hamptons. We will update as we learn more.
