Pour one out the latest fallen celebrity couple. According to Us Weekly, professional petty ex Scott Disick and actress Amelia Hamlin have reportedly broken up. Their split comes barely a week after model Younes Bendjima, a fellow ex of Kourtney Kardashian, leaked DMs in which Disick appears to talk shit on Kardashian and her current boyfriend, Travis Barker. (Disick made a comment about the couple’s PDA but mostly just seemed jealous that the two were vacationing in Italy.)
While the alleged messages weren’t the sole reason for the split, a source told Us Weekly, the two had reportedly been in a “tough spot” since Bendjima shared the screenshots on August 31. Tough spot aside, according to the unnamed source, “This breakup was coming regardless.”
Hamlin, 20, was apparently the one who broke things off. She and Disick, 38, had been dating since October 2020. As was hard to ignore in every photo of the two of them, there was an 18-year age gap between Hamlin and Disick. In fact, Hamlin is closer in age to all three of Disick’s kids — Mason, 11, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 6 — whom he shares with Kardashian.
You will be unsurprised to hear this isn’t the first time Disick has dated someone significantly younger. Before Hamlin, Disick dated Sofia Richie on and off between 2017 and 2020. When they first got together, Richie was 19. A few months after he and Richie split, Disick reportedly started dating Hamlin, who, again, was 19 at the time. Well, it appears he is single once again, which begs the question: Which famous teen will this man inevitably date next?
