The cult-favorite basics brand Entireworld is shutting down.

The brand, which was founded in 2018, gained significant attention during the lockdown, partly because everyone was living in sweatpants but also because they make basics … that don’t make you feel so basic.

Designer Scott Sternberg announced the news via email to customers and in an Instagram post, citing an unsuccessful acquisition deal as the reason for shutting down.

We’re so sad to see the loss of Entireworld and the sweats we’ve lived in (and that brought us joy) during the pandemic. But at least they’re having a huge closing sale. Shop some of our favorites from the sale below, including their bright and perfectly fit sweatpants, which are 50 percent off.

The cult-favorite sweatpants come in every color of the rainbow, and they’re some of the softest pants you’ll ever get your hands on.

Because you can never have enough ribbed tanks, especially when they’re as smooth as Entireworld’s.

Nap dresses are totally a thing, and this one can even be layered for a fall look.

The brand dubs these leggings “second skin” because of how gentle and breathable they are.

These French terry cloth shorts have the comfort of sweatpants with the freedom of letting your legs breathe, and they’re wearable all year round.

Layer it up for outdoors or cozy up in it indoors, either way, it’s the softest sweater — and it’s made with recycled cotton.

Every sweat suit deserves matching socks, especially when they come in cool, bright colors like these.
