British tennis star Emma Raducanu is the new international fashion and beauty ambassador for Dior.

Ranked 150th in the world before the start of the U.S. Open, the 18-year-old played and won her first Open tournament without losing any sets (the first person to do so since Serena Williams in 2014). Her father is Romanian, her mother is Chinese, and a clip of her thanking her Chinese fans in Mandarin recently went viral. She also recently played tennis with Kate Middleton.

Raducanu is no stranger to fashion. She became the house ambassador for Tiffany & Co., and has been wearing its pieces on and off the court. At the Met Gala, Raducanu wore a head-to-toe Chanel look, featuring a two-piece crop-top look. More recently, she attended the world premiere of the James Bond film No Time to Die in a Grecian-inspired Dior gown designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri from the Cruise 2022 collection. She told British Vogue, “Maria Grazia’s work empowers women to feel confident in the iconic Dior cut, which I feel is very unique. The sincerity of her approach and the way she turns shows into collective and meaningful events unquestionably influenced me in my choice.”
