It’s my duty to inform Selling Sunset fans that Jason Oppenheim — one half of the identical-twin partnership that owns the real-estate firm the show follows — has a new girlfriend. Given that Oppenheim, 45, has a penchant for dating O Group agents and co-stars, you may be wondering: Which luxury real-estate agent is he canoodling with now? The answer is none! His new girlfriend is a model named Marie-Lou Nurk.
Surprisingly little is known of Nurk. Gawker reports that she is tall, which is evident in photos of the pair’s red-carpet debut this week in Los Angeles at the premiere of Netflix’s Day Shift, where Oppenheim, who is reportedly 5’5“, was pictured nuzzling Nurk’s neck. Oppenheim and Nurk first sparked relationship rumors last month, when they were spotted making out in Mykonos. Nurk posted a photo of the two standing in front of a sunset together to her Instagram Story, along with the caption, “Selling Sunset season 6 coming soon.” (Meanwhile, Oppenheim’s Mykonos posts consisted solely of photos of himself and his brother, Brett, the true soulmates of the series, sitting shirtless before infinity pools and posing in matching sunglasses). Following the Greece trip, Oppenheim told People of Nurk, “I mean, we’re talking. I like her and maybe I’ll see her soon.”
News of Oppenheim’s new relationship comes eight months after his split from co-star Chrishell Stause. The pair was a major plot point of season five, and ultimately broke up because Oppenheim didn’t want to have children. (Stause has since moved on with Australian musician G-Flip). TMZ reports that Oppenheim’s new relationship is “solid enough” that Nurk will appear on the sixth season of Selling Sunset, which begins filming next week. Season six of Selling Sunset doesn’t yet have an air date, and while it’s unclear if G-Flip will make an appearance, we’re sure to see more Oppenheim-Nurk PDA then. Perhaps Nurk will even rub Oppenheim’s head, which as fans of the show know, is the only way to this man’s heart.
