Buck up, kids: It may be freezing out this weekend, but party season is heating up, which means it’s time to leave the house again. The Grammys are happening this weekend and Fashion Month kicks off in just a week, but until then, there are plenty of parties and plenty of party looks. This week: Guerlain is in Paris, Marni is in Tokyo, and a party takes over one of New York’s most iconic magazine shops. Here are some of our favorite looks.

Best Details: Pauline Chalamet

The actress dined with Guerlain in Paris to celebrate the launch of the new L’Art & La Matière fragrance, Jasmine Bonheur. While this is a good look overall, our eyes are on the little details, like her sage-green mani and very subtle cat-eye.

Brightest Fit: Tessa Thompson

Creed III star Tessa Thompson blessed our eyeballs with a lengthy yellow jacket atop orange pants at Marni’s Toyko show and the after-party at Enter Club.

Best Pants: Luka Sabbat and Skepta

At the same event, Luka Sabbat wore a pair of floor-grazing oversize pants, while Skepta wore a pair that showed off his bright-red boots. Honestly, we’re not sure which look we’re more into, so everyone’s a winner.

Prettiest in Purple: Saweetie

Decked out in Chanel, Saweetie joined Warner Music at the Hollywood Athletic Club in L.A. to celebrate Sunday’s Grammys (don’t worry, we’ll be covering). Anderson .Paak provided the music; Grey Goose provided the cocktails.

Best Use of Textures: Faith Jaggernauth

Joined by an equally stylish friend, the model mixed and matched heavy metals and patterns for an excellently executed look at Iconic Magazines in New York. The party celebrated the launch of No Trespassing, a calendar featuring feminist artworks with all proceeds of sales going to Planned Parenthood of Greater New York.

Best Hair: Ariella Starkman

If you need any winter hair inspiration, executive producer Ariella Starkman paired a silky oversize scrunchie with a sleek ponytail at the same event.

Winter Whites: Hannah Traore

You could receive a bouquet of flowers, or you could wear them — Hannah Traore chose the latter. To fête the first anniversary of her namesake gallery as well as her birthday, the founder and director held an intimate gathering and donned a dress with floral detailing.

Prettiest Patches: Vienna Skye, Caroline Vazzana

We love a resurgence of the patchwork trend, so here it is not one but two ways at Alice + Olivia’s denim party. Also pictured: several ways to do denim.

Best Off-Court Looks: Shibon Kennedy, Katie McCurdy, Angel McCoughtry, and Chioma Nnadi

To celebrate We Are the W, a short film about the WNBA, directors Shibon Kennedy and Katie McCurdy joined Angel McCoughtry and Chioma Nnadi at NeueHouse for a private screening and cocktails.

Best Suits: Angelica Hicks, Charlott Cordes, Renata Zandonadi

To celebrate its second collab with Sea New York, the French brand Sézane brought effortless French-girl style to the city with a party at its Nolita store. DJ Mei Kwok provided the sounds, and Angelica Hicks, Charlott Cordes, and Renata Zandonadi posed in color-coordinated looks.

Best Bow: Omar Apollo

Omar Apollo celebrated his Grammy nom with Buchanan’s new whisky and Spotify, wearing an all-black ensemble with bow detail. We love a good present.
