On Monday, the spring equinox marks the start of Aries season and a new astrological year. Aries, the first sign of the zodiac, offers a fresh start and the power to change your destiny. On Tuesday, a new moon in Aries amplifies this sense of possibility. If you’re dissatisfied with the status quo, or if you don’t like where your life is headed, you can do something about it: not in the future, but now. Then on Thursday, Pluto enters Aquarius for the first time since the 18th century. Pluto’s transits tend to be felt societally, not personally; as it moves into idealistic and rebellious Aquarius, expect the world around you to change in ways you can’t foresee. Finally, on Saturday morning, action planet Mars enters quiet Cancer, encouraging a more measured approach to interpersonal conflict. But watch out for passive-aggressiveness — disagreements don’t have to be explosive to do serious damage.

Weekly Horoscope Aries

Aries Weekly Horoscope

In order to fit in, you sometimes feel it’s necessary to tone down your personality. You get quieter, not so excitable and instead more composed. Less like yourself, in other words. Reading the room is a valuable skill, and considering the expectations of others is never a bad move, but you still need space to be wholly, undeniably you. This week, give yourself permission to stretch out, to make mistakes, to act without worrying about how others might perceive you. Take the pressure off so that, for once, you can simply be.

Weekly Horoscope Taurus

Taurus Weekly Horoscope

Most of the time, you steer clear of conflict and social turmoil — not because you’re scared of it, but because it distracts you from your work and routines, from the quiet pleasures of life. This week, though, you might find that, in fact, a little drama can be clarifying. Instead of processing your feelings privately, it might be helpful to bring them out into the open. Conflict isn’t always bad; it clears the air, for one. It can also lead to understanding and growth, and leaning into it will remind you how brave you are.

Weekly Horoscope Gemini

Gemini Weekly Horoscope

When all the options on the table are acceptable, when you don’t have strong feelings about them, you’re genuinely happy to be flexible and let others take the lead. You aren’t someone who needs to have your own way just because. Still, it’s important to remind yourself occasionally that you don’t always have to be this agreeable, nor cede decision-making powers to those around you. When you have preferences or objections, don’t ignore them. This week, you can and should put your foot down when it matters.

Weekly Horoscope Cancer

Cancer Weekly Horoscope

It’s incredibly irritating to share your pain or frustration with someone, only for them to respond by telling you how strong and resilient you are for coping. You don’t need affirmations; you shouldn’t have to cope. You need kindness and support. This week, don’t listen to anyone who tells you that the world, as it is now, is the best you can hope for. The key is to find people who are looking to combine power, who want to use their strength to fight for better conditions, not just to endure the bad ones.

Weekly Horoscope Leo

Leo Weekly Horoscope

Some people find it secretly thrilling to be underestimated. They relish being given the chance to prove people wrong. That’s not you. You’ve worked hard to get where you are — to build this career or community or family, to make a name for yourself — and you want to be recognized for that. This week, you might feel that you’re unappreciated, but trying to change other people’s perceptions is only going to leave them feeling pressured and you disappointed. Right now, it’s better to focus on your own experience.

Weekly Horoscope Virgo

Virgo Weekly Horoscope

You like to keep your options open, to know where the exits are at all times. You avoid making bold statements unless you’re 100 percent committed. You don’t want to say anything you don’t mean, or share ideas before you’ve had a chance to polish and refine them. This week, though, you might find that the only way to know what you want is to talk through it with others. It’s okay if you don’t land on the right words immediately, or if you make mistakes and experience a false start or two. Collaboration is messy, but try to trust that it’s worth it.

Weekly Horoscope Libra

Libra Weekly Horoscope

You have a desire to be always growing not only older, but wiser, braver, more loving, too. You want to expand your imagination and your capacity for empathy. The challenge, this week, is to honor the part of you that yearns and strives for more, without feeling inadequate or insecure about where you are now. There’s no shame in admitting you don’t know everything. Don’t let anyone (yourself included) make you feel bad for trying. The whole point is that you’re learning. We all are.

Weekly Horoscope Scorpio

Scorpio Weekly Horoscope

One of the ways you like to show up for people is by lending an ear, willing to be nonjudgmental about even the ugliest, crankiest, pettiest feelings. Your gift is paying attention. This week, though, consider reversing the roles. If you’re usually the one who listens, take a turn opening up, sharing your emotions even (or especially) when they don’t cast you in a favorable light. When you speak your emotional truth, you’re inviting someone into your inner world. Your friends want to return the favor by listening to you, so let them.

Weekly Horoscope Sagittarius

Sagittarius Weekly Horoscope

Where some people are hyper-competitive, you’d prefer for everyone to have the success they dream of. The universe is big and mysterious, and you believe that there’s enough joy to go around. It’s just important to remember that you personally can’t be the one to give everybody exactly what they want. It’s impossible to please all people all the time, and when you try, you only end up losing your way. Trying to make everyone happy doesn’t work, and it only makes you disappear. Focus on yourself for a change.

Weekly Horoscope Capricorn

Capricorn Weekly Horoscope

Taking a leap and hoping for the best isn’t your preferred course of action, to put it mildly. If you had it your way, you’d never make a move until the path was clear, would never have to rely on faith or luck. Sometimes, though, you can’t wait until your ducks are in a row — you just have to jump. This week, you might be put into situations where you have to move more quickly and decisively than you’d like. You may be compelled to seize opportunities before you’ve thought them through. When you don’t have time to make a plan or assess the pros and cons, you can trust your gut. It’s more reliable than you give it credit for.

Weekly Horoscope Aquarius

Aquarius Weekly Horoscope

When faced with major decisions, you try to consider how your actions today may resonate in one year, in five, in 20. It’s a responsible way to move through the world, and it’s served you well. Just remember this week that you can never be certain of what the future holds. You can do your best to imagine what you’ll be like when you’re older, or what kind of life you’ll want, but there’s no way to be sure, so cut yourself some slack. It’s enough to do the best you can with the information you have.

Weekly Horoscope Pisces

Pisces Weekly Horoscope

More than most, you understand that you’re neither an island nor a universe unto yourself, but rather part of a vast, interconnected social world. You know that your happiness is bound up in other people’s, just as theirs is in yours. Because of this, you feel a deep responsibility to your community, to everyone who plays a role in your life. But this week, keep in mind that you also have an obligation to fight for yourself. You have human needs, just like anyone else. Honoring those needs isn’t selfish — it helps all who are connected to you, too.
