Season six of Netflix’s Selling Sunset is a little more than a week away, and personally, I can’t wait for more escrow drama, infinity pools, and AI-generated soundtracks. Now, there’s something else to look forward to: Chrishell Stause got married!

People reports that the reality star has tied the knot with Australian musician G-Flip. The couple announced the news on Wednesday in a joint Instagram reel, which played G Flip’s new single “Be Your Man” as it cycled through moments from their yearlong romance, concluding with a picture of the two kissing in a chapel. “Love doesn’t always go as planned,” Stause wrote in the caption. “Sometimes it’s immeasurably better.”

Per People, Stause and G-Flip first met in 2021 at a Halloween party. The two were both in relationships at the time—Stause was dating her Selling Sunset co-star Jason Oppenheim—but reconnected after separating from their exes. “We just found a lot of similarities, even though people would think we are from, like, different corners of the world,” G-Flip said in a People Every Day podcast episode.

Stause, who came out on social media last year, publicly confirmed the couple’s relationship on the reunion episode of Selling Sunset’s fifth season, sharing that their romance started when she starred in the music video for G-Flip’s song “Get Me Outta Here,” (which features several clips of the couple making out inside a convenience store). In January, she and G-Flip opened up to Vogue Australia about the mixed reactions their relationship received.  “We had supportive messages, but it was an unbelievable flood of trolling,” Stause said. “Every day I’m seeing, like, three positive comments and then hundreds of puke emojis and midlife crisis comments. At first, it felt so heavy, like, ‘What have you done?’ because it brought all this negativity to G’s life.” G-Flip said they “could have kept everything quiet”—but, Stause continued, “Then they win. They quiet you and take your voice.”

G-Flip will make an appearance on the upcoming Selling Sunset season, which airs on Netflix on May 19. I hope we get a little wedding action, but in any case, congrats to the happy couple!
