This week, the stars are sipping rosé in the Hamptons, partying with Nordstrom in NYC, and celebrating in Hollywood. These are the best looks to usher in the weekend.
Best in Leather: Sydney Sweeney
Sweeney attended the Young Hollywood Gala in this punk-inspired Alexander McQueen look. Is this proof that peplum is back?
Tiniest Bag: Demi Singleton
Take notes from cool teen Demi Singleton in head-to-toe Louis Vuitton at the same event: tiny bags are in!
Best Belt: Yara Shahidi
A lesson in monochrome from Yara Shahidi. Her statement belt is the finishing touch on this head-to-toe beige look from Ferragamo.
Best Minis: Yaminah Mayo and Ajani Russell
To kick off National Black Business Month, Nordstrom hosted an evening of cocktails and conversation with the founders of Harlem’s Fashion Row, 54 Thrones, ASHYA, and more. Of the many stylish attendees, we love these mini looks.
Best Shades: Ashley Cimone
There’s no bigger flex than posing with a bag from your own brand, but these shades and tie top are a close second from ASHYA co-founder Cimone at the Nordstrom event.
Best Florals: Beverly Nguyen
A little summer-style inspo courtesy of Nguyen in this pretty floral gown. The stylist headed to East Hampton in Cinq à Sept to fête the brand and sip on Aperol Spritzes at Moby’s.
Most Fashionable Trio
At the same event, Chelsea Boatey, Awa Mafany, and Flaviana Matata struck a pose in the brand’s wares.
Best Group Photo
Birthday girl Alana Hadid posed with Patrick Ta and her sisters Gigi and Marielle Hadid. Guests at the Beverly Hills party enjoyed custom-themed cocktails from Martini & Rossi, which is probably the best way to celebrate turning 40.
Most Volume: Tamron Hall
Hall headed up to the Hamptons with Métier for an evening of cocktails, dinner, and very stylish guests. She wore this voluminous purple dress.
Most Coordinated: Huma Abedin and Melissa Morris
At the same event, the evening’s hosts color coordinated in a pretty shade of yellow.
Best Denim Fit: Aurora Perrineau
Madewell celebrated its capsule collaboration with stylist Molly Dickson, and the dress code for the party was denim on denim. While there were many takes on the Canadian tuxedo, we also enjoyed Perrineau’s baggy high-waisted look.
Best Oversize Fit: Stephanie Shepherd
At the same event, Steph Shep’s denim fit has inspired us to add oversize jackets to our fall wish list.
Best Festival Dressing: Danie Sierra
Pull your next festival-outfit inspiration from Sierra’s post-Lollapalooza look. The creative wore this effortless ensemble to Bacardi’s Acardi SNEAK3ASY’s Rum Room event in Chicago, where guests enjoyed drinks and a performance by Ric Wilson.
