The Fug Girls Present Their Biannual Fashion Week Awards for the Fourth TimeJust when we thought Fashion Week held no more surprises, we discovered that, as usual, we were wrong. After all, if sharing air space with K-Fed, J.Lo, and Liza Minnelli (L.Mi?) wasn’t enough to shake us out of our jaded, hard-hearted cynicism for a moment, nothing is. And though the last eight days were often exhausting and occasionally eye-crossing, they were also, as ever, tremendously fun. Here are a few highlights:

The Dark Side of the Marc Jacobs Show and After-PartyYesterday’s punctual Marc Jacobs show was designed to feel like a night out clubbing, with banquettes in the front row, champagne on ice, and art-rock stalwarts Sonic Youth performing live onstage. Not everyone was feeling so glamorous, though.

Male Models Also Too Skinny Now; Jacobs Under Investigation; Victoria Beckham Has LandedThe manorexia story (broken by Daily Intel in Milan!) has followed the fashion shows to New York, where male models are now skinnier than ever. Designers say the noodle look goes better with all those skinny suits. Women remain skinnier than ever. [NYT]

OMG, Someone New: Perrey Reeves at Monique Lhullier>Monique Lhuillier’s show is traditionally jam-packed with pretty young things in the market for pretty new things to wear, and Tuesday’s show was true to form. In addition to reliable old Sophia Bush, who seems to be losing her voice after her week of nonstop yapping, we spotted Entourage’s Perrey Reeves — a new face, thank goodness!

Eliza Dushku Reenters Society at Ports 1961, of All PlacesWe had an epiphany about Sophia Bush today. Her character on One Tree Hill is the super-successful fashion designer behind the grammar-tragedy clothing line Clothes Over Bro’s. So maybe some of her appearances at Fashion Week — like tonight’s, at the Ports 1961 show — can be chalked up to Method acting!

Jennifer Missoni, Sophia Bush Backstage at Catherine MalandrinoNew York fashion correspondent Fabiola Beracasa took our cameras backstage at Catherine Malandrino today. At just one show, Fabiola gets her hair done, spies someone wearing her dress (scandalous!), talks politics with Jennifer Missoni, chats with Sophia Bush from One Tree Hill, and learns about the designer’s love for the color green. Watch the video to see the mayhem. Backstage: Fabiola Beracasa at Catherine Malandrino [NYM Video]

Celebs in Danger: Models With Guns at Rock & RepublicIt’s a bad sign that the first thing we wondered while trying to make our way into the Rock & Republic show tonight was, “Is this the new Heatherette?” The answer is not quite, if only because the show didn’t feature the campy deliciousness of assless pants.

Where the Fug Is Anna Wintour?!Even though we’re only two days in, it just seems wrong somehow that we’ve seen more of socialites and Sophia Bush than we have of Anna Wintour. Sure, we know that soon enough the Bob will be sitting in stony silence about six rows ahead of us, but it’s hard not to get impatient for that first glimpse of the coif that Suri Cruise is currently getting unfair credit for inventing.

Fugs: Frenchwoman Wears Turban, Christina Milian’s Hair Just Looks Like OneIt’s not often that you see a turban out in the wilds, especially not on the head of someone who (a) isn’t Melania Trump — in which case it would be made of fur — or (b) sporting it for religious reasons. So unless Julia Reston-Roitfeld has just joined the Church of Dynasty, she might well be the first person since the eighties that we’ve seen flaunting this very special headgear as though it were no more unusual than a bun.

Teri Hatcher Sports a Fuggish Orange GlowAs one might’ve predicted, the marquee celebrity holding court in the Badgley Mischka front row was Teri Hatcher, America’s most desperate housewife and the boys’ latest muse. Let’s hope Teri liked what she saw, since the entire second half of the show was basically a preview of the flowing gowns she’ll be given for parading up and down any red carpet she can find in the coming months. As we only had a glimpse of her profile and the back of her head, all we can report is that she seemed more raven-haired than usual. And a trifle orange.

Baby Kingston Too Fugging Cute at L.A.M.B.At Gwen Stefani’s L.A.M.B. show, both of our fondest wishes came true: The clothes were totally fun, and little Kingston — all blinged out in what appeared to be bedazzled jeans, like the biggest badass in the sandbox — made an appearance, bouncing on dad — Gavin Rossdale’s lap in the front row.
